Abstract
The agreement of World Trade Organization contains enormous standards of international investment. These standards not only improve the contents of multilateral legal system,make the law to have even more distinct of liberalization and constraint, but also push forword the adjustment mechanism multilateral. Moreover, they will influence the bilateral legal system and domestic legislation in international investment law deeply over the world.
