Abstract

There are many malpractices in the legal syste m of the International Investment,which requires the international investment regu lations have some development inherently. The agreement of WTO contains enormous new standards of international investment, which have greatly developed the con tents of multilateral legal system and make the laws and regulations of the inte rnational investment to go along the more forced and more liberalized direction.
