Abstract
The induction of callus in tall fescue was studied on different media and different combination of 2,4 D, BA, the results indicated that the kinds of media had no significant effect on callus induction; concentration of 2,4 D decided the had of callus. The highest induction frequencies of callus were obtained on MS medium containing 9mg/l 2,4 D. But too high concentration of 2,4 D and BA had negative effect, The best differentiation media is MS+BA2.0mg/l+NAA0.5mg/l.
