Abstract
Objective:To establish an analytical method for determinating chlorogenic acid in Compound YinBai granules.Methods:The chlorogenic acid in Compound YinBai granules is extracted by 50% methanol for 30min in the supersoundwave.The determination by HPLC with Agilent Zorbax Eclipse-C8(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)column,using acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution-water(6∶74∶20)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.8mL/min,the detection wave length was 327nm and column temperature is 25℃.Results:The calibration curve was a good linear with a range of 6~120μg/mL for chlorogenic acid(r=0.99999).The average recovery rate for chlorogenic acid was 98.67%,with RSD= 0.86%.Conclusion:The method was simple,reliable and accurate for quantitative analysis of compound YinBai granules.
