Abstract

Because of socity,life experience,character,temperament,and so on,the local novels of Shen Congwen have strong tragedy quality.In the local novels of Shen Congwen,tragedy quality mainly embodies many types of having poetic quality.In the local novels of Shen Congwen,tragedies mainly have four kinds: ignorant tragedy,dissatisfactory tragedy,tragedy of social darkness and tragedy of death.And poetic quality shows warm interest about pastoral and distant aesthetic interest.
