Probe into the Environmental Kuznets Authentication for Qinghai Province

Environmental issues have become the serious problems to be resolved in the process of economic development and transformation of economic growth mode in China,therefore,knowing about the relationship between economic growth and the environment is very important.Environmental Kuznets curve explores on a macro-scale the relationship between economy and the environment.Based on coupling the total emissions of Qinghai province,total discharge of industrial waste water and solid waste output in 1995—2010 with GDP per capita,it is found that that the Environmental Kuznets curve is inverted U type left half,the U+UandUleft half respectively,revealing that the environment in Qinghai province deteriorates continuously.By analyzing the structure of the economy and energy,environmental policy,technological progress and investment,the conclusions are drawn and some feasible recommendations are accordingly given,to provide a theoretical basis for the decision-making of relevant departments.
