Study on Characteristics of Plants Landscape in Xihua Garden in Kunming

Abstract
The major species,performance forms and frequencies of landscape plants in Xihua garden in Kunming were investigated,the species composition,community composition and space structure were analyzed and the characteristics of plants landscape were concluded combined with folk cultures and living regions of the Bai nationality,a specific national minority in Yunnan,to provide a reference for construction and protection of characteristic plants landscape in city park.The results show that the characteristics of plants landscape in Xihua garden mainly reflect in the backbone role of evergreen plants,the combination of plants application and folk cultures,the regional characteristics of plants landscape and so on.
