Evaluation on utilization of wild hometown plant in Heilongjiang Forest Botanic Garden

Based on the investigation and collection of wild hometown landscape plants in Forest botanic garden of Heilongjiang, 133 species of wild hometown landscape plants of ornamental values were found. These landscape plant resources are classified as 5 groups by their morphological characteristics, namely fern, arbor, shrub, tall tree and herbage. Some plants with prominence value in garden utilization were mainly introduced and described. The proposals on exploitation and utilization of these plant resources were presented in the paper.
