Virtue is stable reflection on people's behavior,which is society's ethical standard being turned to people's inherent belief and criterion,and important resources which could promote society's politics and economy.At present,as a resource,virtue is lack on relatively,show on rare.To ensure society resources of virtue's totality promotion and dynamic balance between supply and demand,we should and must reinforce cultivition the resources of virtue as quickly as possible.
