Abstract

The enforcement of running a country by means of virtue mainly lies in the enhancement of politics and morality of leading cadres at all leavels.Their politics and morality plays an important part in social morality.It is of great practical significance to manage state by means of virtue.It should be strengthened from both subjective and objective aspects.
