Abstract

The illegal exploitation and over-use of the natural resources in our country has led to its shortage and fail to meet the needs of our future economic development, which is now a fact we should face seriously. The construction of an abstemious society is on the schedule. It is the inheritance of our nation's good virtue that is in accordance with our present situation. And it will be the most effective way to solve the shortage and have deep influence on our construction of a well-off society as well as the development of the whole human society.
