Abstract

Objective:To analyse efficacy and side effect of aripiprazole of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:258 patients of schizophrenia were divider into aripiprazole group and risperidne group for the treatment of 8 weeks.The efficacy and side effect were evaluated with PANSS and TESS respectively.Results:There were no significantly differences of the between aripiprazole group and risperidne group in the treatment of the patients with schizophrenia.The side effects of aripiprazole were slighter and fewer than that of risperidone group.Conclusion:Aripiprazole has an efficacy in improving to the symptoms of patients with schizophrenia.
