Abstract
The article systematically discusses the connotation,essence,function from the angle of philosophy,and innovatively presents that the essence of sports spirit is the concentrated reflection of world outlook,life philosophy,values as well as life view.Sports spirit is important part of excellent culture,so it has the characteristic of subjective initiative and innovation and is helpful to expand Chinese national cohesion.
