Abstract
The research was aimed to detect the microbial count in raw milk with ATP bioluminescence,it was determined that the time of somatic cell lysis liquid was 3 and the optimal dilution multiple of milk sample was 20.ATP bioluminescence was adopted to detect microbial count of large batch of milk samples,at the same time, petri dish colony counting method of GB was used, the results indicated that log microbial count in raw milk had linear correlation with log fluorescence value, the correlation level was significant(P0.001).Regression equation of them was y=1.0496x+2.4.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
