Control Strategy of the Construction Project Cost

This paper studies the cost control and management in construction phase of building construction,makes a detailed analysis of the characteristics,control principles and control strategies of construction project cost control,including the signing and management of the contract,construction materials,as well as the purchase and use of facilities,changes review and approve in the engineering construction,the engineering construction claims as well as the cost settlement after completion,in order to promote effective cost control of building construction,as well as to enhance the effectiveness of building construction unit.
