Abstract

The plan of developing strategy in higher vocational colleges that is made scientifically is very meaningful,which is the principle and scientific decision-making.It has the character of strategic perspective, developing guidance,constructive system,complete content,and lasting performance.It can be divided into two parts,short-term special construction plan and long-term developing plan.What′s more,it can also be divided into transverse strategic system and lengthways strategic system.
