Abstract

The strategic program design in higher vocational colleges is the forerunner of the strategic program.This paper,from the angle of college strategic management,hackles the evolution and process of college strategic program,the conditions that colleges establish and implement the strategic programs.It also introduces the schools of strategic programs and the modes of making it.The paper focuses on the objective system for the main document structure of strategic program,the strategic chain for accomplishing the program,etc,in the hope of coming up with suggestions to those higher vocational colleges involving such work.
