Exploration on the Problem of Strategic Development Plan of Higher Vocational Schools

Abstract

Higher vocational education has faced with many problems in the development process, and the main reasons are: higher vocational colleges usually don't have scientific and reasonable strategic development plan and don't recognize the significance of making strategic development plan. Therefore, in order to make and implement strategic development plan, higher vocational colleges should clarify objectives and orient rightly; refine characteristics and stand out important points; carry forward democracy and pool the wisdom and efforts of everyone; integrate resources and carry out assurance.
