Abstract
Selenium in Blood was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry method.The method is simple and rapid.The linear range is 0~40μg ·L-1with the correlative coefficient of 0.9999.The method was applied to the determination of blood.The recovery is 97.1%~101.6% with RSD being less than 1.1%.
