Clinical Observation of Lanqinhuazhuojiedu Decoction in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Precancerous Lesions Turbidity Poison Intrinsic

Objective To observe the effect of Lanqinhuazhuojiedu decoction in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with precancerous lesions turbidity poison intrinsic type patients. Methods 100 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group were given Lanqinhuazhuojiedu decoction and the control group were given Weifuchun. To observe the changes of two groups of symptoms,gastroscope pathological,and related biochemical index before and after treatment. Results The treatment group in improving clinical symptoms and gastric mucosa tissue pathological condition were better than the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Lanqinhuazhuojiedu decoction can improve the patients' clinical symptoms,reversal cancerous lesions state.
