Analysis on the reasons of 329 cases of premature delivery and its prevention and treatment

Objective:To investigate the dangerous factors of premature delivery and its influence to mother and infant.Methods:329cases of premature delivery selected in our hospital from January 1996 to December 2004 were served as the premature delivery group,and compared with 329 cases of term delivery as a control group at the same time.Results:The first four places of reasons of prematuredelivery were occupied by premature rupture of fetal membranes,placental factor,twin pregnancy and breech presentation.There was nosignificant difference in the influence to mother and infant between two groups.There was very signficant difference in neonatal death,neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and the incidence of low birth weight infant between two group (P0.01).Conclusion:Premature de-livery is the main reasons of neonatal pathogenesis and death.Improving the levels of prevention,diagnosis and treatment of premature de-livery during perinatal period possesses a very improtant significance.
