Cause Analysis of 439 Cases of Premature Infants in A District

Objective Analyze the reasons of the occurrence premature, put forward the prevention measures for premature, reduce the incidence of premature infants. Methods Retrospective survey in clinical data of 439 cases of premature infants treated in our hospital in 2008~2011. Results Pregnant mothers' post history of abortion, premature rupture of membranes and unkown reasons are the main reasons for the premature birth. Conclusions Premature pregnancy is closely related to factors of pregnant mothers, the key to prevent preterm births is to reduce abortions, prevent premature rupture of membranes, etc.
