Clinical analysis on 360 cases of controlled premature delivery

Objective To study the causes of controlled premature delivery and its influences on maternal and infant.Methods We analyzed 360 cases of controlled premature delivery.Results The primary reasons of controlled premature delivery, in order,are pregnancy inducedhypertension (PIH),premature rupture of fetal membranes, placental abruption,abnormal presentation, multiplegestation, placentaprevia, and the others.The percentage of adopting the cesarean section for controlled premature delivery is higher than that for term birth.Conclusions The causes of premature delivery are complex and the rate of controlled premature delivery is closely connected with prenatal examination and administration of high-risk pregancy.For keeping maternal and infantsafe, preventive treatment of pregnancy complication and correct choice for Mode of delivery are helpful.
