Abstract

Objective To compare general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia alone pneumoperitoneum in laparoscopic surgery after hemodynamic effects. Methods 80 cases of ASAI-II level elective laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into general anesthesia combined with epidural group (A group) and general anesthesia alone group (B group),each 40,were observed during anesthesia in general indicators changes. Results 2 groups of patients after anesthesia and gas belly SBP, DBP, and HR were significantly on the change, while changes in B group than in group A significant difference (P0.05).Conclusion The general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic surgery can provide more reliable and stable hemodynamic changes.
