Abstract
The rule of law depends on constitution authority. The constitution authority is closely connected with constitutionalism belief. One of reasons is that constitutionalism belief influences the justice of the constitution authority; Another is that constitutionalism belief influences the force of the constitution and the constitution authority.So, it needs people's constitutionalism belief.
