Abstract

Objective To obtain the best extraction process of Xiaocuoyin.Methods L9(34)orthogonal experiment was designed to screen the optimal extraction conditions of Xiaocuoyin,with the extraction ratio and contents of total flavonoids as indexes.Results The optimal extraction conditions were as below:immersing for half an hour after adding 13-fold of water,decocting for 2 times and precipitating concentration of 60% ethanol.Conclusion The optimized process is stable and workable.
