Abstract
In order to optimize the extraction process of the total flovonoids from the flowers of Panapx notoginseng, the extraction process of total flavonoids was studied by orthogonal experiment. The orthogonal experiment was employed to check influences of four factors:concentration of alcohol, extraction time, frequency of extraction and ratio of solvent to material, selecting amount of flavonoids as a marker according to L9(34)scheme.The frequency of extraction and extraction time have a significantly impact on the extraction of total flovonoids from the flowers of Panapx notoginseng. The optimum extraction process was A3B2C1D3:the extraction was run three times each hour, and the aqueous solution of 80% alcohol was used as an extraction solvent.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
