Tendency of development of western historiography after World WarII

After World WarⅡ,the western historiography not only finished the change which is that the New Historiography had substituted the traditional historiography and the new historigoraphy has become the main stream of the tribune of historiography,beginning in pre-War period,but also inert the New Historiography there exist successive transmutation as well as renewal,and the change of orientation of method of researches of historiography,the transformation of conception of historigraphy and the change of the principle of methodology have widened the ability of recognition and field of research of historiography,having pushed forward the fast development and unceasing change of the New Historiography.
