Abstract
The principles of space vector PWM(SVPWM)for neutral-point-clamped(NPC)three-level inverter was introduced.Proposed the algorithm of space vector PWM for three-level inverter, which is practical easy to realize. This algorithm inherits primely the idea from two-level SVPWM which was applied extensively. The balancing control scheme of capacitor neutral point voltage was presented based on the proposed SVPWM algorithm by adjusting switching point of space vectors.Realization of three-level SVPWM based on one digital signal processor TMS320F2407 was proposed. In the realization, plotting the pin and configuring the registers properly in DSP are necessary. The simulation and experiment results verify that the proposed vector PWM algorithm and realizing method are valid and feasible.
