Abstract
The principle of space vector PWM (SVPWM) for diode-clamped three-level inverter is introduced.The algo-rithm of space vector PWM for three-level inverter is proposed,which is practical and easy to realize.This algorithm in-herits primely the idea from two-level SVPWM which is applied extensively.On the basis of it,the scheme for realizing three-level SVPWM based on digital signal processor (DSP) and complex programmable logic device (CPLD) is pre-sented.The role of DSP and CPLD is plotted definitely by three-level SVPWM algorithm.The scheme makes use well of the DSP and CPLD's advantages.The experimental results verify that the proposed space vector PWM algorithm and realizing method are valid and feasible.
