Abstract

Objective:In order to get a better understanding of the distribution about the effection of HBV in the foodstuff,dining-employee and public workers, and to provide the basis for prevention and control of the hepatitis B.Methods: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to test the serological markers of HBV.Results: The 272764 cases from2006 to 2009 were tested, and the average positive rate of HBsAg was 0.98%,the positive rate of HBsAg decreased from 1.22% to 0.64% and it showed statistical difference. The accumulative positive rate of every quarter in four year except 2008 showed statistical differences also. There are 14 different infection types, among them HBsAg,HBeAb,HBcAb,HBsAg,HBeAg,HBcAb and HBsAg,HBcAb positive rates were 51.81%,17.92% and 17.81%,the total of the three were 87.54%.Conclusion: Hepatitis B in Urumchi city is lower than that in the whole nation and presented decreasing trend annually.
