Analysis on two semi-hepatitis b repetitive testing for preventive health check-up in urumqi from 2006 to 2009

OBJECTIVE To understand the message of the signs distribution of foodstuff,dining-employee and public workers infection of two semi-hepatitis B,and prevent and control the hepatitis B.provide the basis.METHODS The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay test was used to detect the serological markers of HBV among 272 764 cases.The two Semi-hepatitis B Testing was used to test the positive of HBV markers.RESULTS The positive rate of HBeAg was 1.06%,and there were 14 modes in 272 764 cases.Among the infection group,the positive rate of HBeAg was 91.74%.The negative rate of HBeAg was 8.26% in the resume group.The most prevalent combination of the HBV markers included three kinds of patterns:positive of HBsAg,HBeAb and HBcAb,the positive of HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAb,and the positive of HBsAg and HBcAb,which accounted for 1.81%,17.92% and 17.81%,respectively.CONCLUSION Positive of Hepatitis B in Urumqi was lower than the national level.There were still spread of type B hepatitis in employees,and we should pay attention to the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B.
