Abstract

Objective: To study the relationship between the serum measure with liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B and change in liver tissue. Methods: The chronic hepatitis of hyaluronic acid (HA)?procollagenltype Ⅲ (pcⅢ) ? laminar(LN)? typeⅣ collagen (Ⅳ.C) and transforming growth factor β 1 (TGF-β 1) were measured by RiAKif in patient with chronic hepatitis B. At the same time, liver biopsy was performed so that pathological stages of hepatitis and fibrosis were identified. Results: The serum levels of above five serum markers increased with hepatitis and fibrosis progression. The relationship between the serum levels of PCⅢ with hepatitis was close. So did HA and TGF-β 1 with fibrosis. Conclusion: The analysis of the serum levels of the five above markers can identify pathologies stages of hepatic fibrosis and hepatitis.
