Abstract
Objective To evaluate Hyperthyroidism in pregnant women and newborns.Methods Through the pregnancy,prenatal determination of peripheral blood of pregnant women with hyperthyroidism the thyroid [prime three-triiodothyronine(T3)] and thyroxine T4,thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH) level of change,understanding the complications of hyperthyroidism,umbilical cord blood of newborns Check T3,T4,TSH understand the neonatal thyroid function.Results Untreated hyperthyroidism thyroid hormone T3,T4,TSH were significantly higher than the treatment group(P0.01).Complications of untreated hyperthyroidism,and treatment group,there was significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion Pre-pregnancy and reasonable treatment of hyperthyroidism during pregnancy on pregnancy complications and newborn can reduce the hyperthyroidism.
