Clinical effect observation of Yinchenjiedu treatment on severe hepatitis B

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yinchenjiedu treatment on severe hepatitis B.Methods 80 cases of patients with severe hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases of each.The two groups were treated with combined therapy,the treatment group added by Yinchenjiedu.Observed the efficacy of the two group,clinical symptoms improved and serum total bilirubin(SB),prothrombin time(PT) and total cholesterol changes.Results The early and mid-term efficiency and the total effective rate of treatment group,were higher than those of control group(P0.05);Clinical symptom improvement were better than those of the control group;After treatment,treatment group SB,PT reduced,total cholesterol increased,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05),and the indicators to improve the situation were better than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Decoction combined Yinchenjiedu comprehensive treatment of severe hepatitis B treatment results are obvious.
