Abstract

Establish the sheet metal forming finite-element model by using Dynaform.The effect to draw ability of box is researched which is based on the single-piece blank-holder and segmented blank-holder applying different blank-holder force trajectory.The analysis result shows that the variable blank-holder force can improve the formability of box deep drawing.A optimum variable blank-holder force is determined based on the analysis finally.
