Abstract
The predominant failure mode in stamping of sheet metal parts are wrinkling and fracture. In general, these defects may be eliminated by appropriate manipulated the blank holder forces. In this paper, the numerical simulation of variable blank bolder force control forming techniques have been carried out by the aid of the Finite Element Method software DYNAFORM,and the best optimum load curve of blank holder force when deep drawing a complex front-door inner sheet on sedan has been obtained.
