Abstract

The design of the blank holder force load curve has great effects on the quality to sheet metal forming.The paper discussed the drawing properties of the rectangular box in three different load curve.The simulation results showed that the variable blank holder could improve the quality of rectangular box,improve the flow of the material,providing guidance for real production by the method of variable blank holder force loading system design.
