Abstract
Proteomics have experienced a rapid advancement in past years in fields of proteome profiling,quantitative pro-teomics,subcellular organelle profiling,post-translational modification identification and protein-protein interactions.Biolog-ical mass spectrometry,the key technique used to reach up-mentioned achievements-had also great improvements in its high throughput,high sensitivity and high resolution.This review focuses the major points on these improvements and also the successful application of biological mass spectrometry in proteomcis research.
