Empirical Analyses of Influencing Factors on the Capacity of Regional Technological Innovation for Shaanxi Province

This paper uses knowledge production function to empirically analyze the influencing factors of regional technological innovation capacity for Shaanxi province and builds their estimate model by ridge regression based on the statistical data from 1991 to 2008.The results show that science and technology's input of scientific research institution,enterprise and university have significant promoting effect on regional innovation output,however,the human resource have no positive impact on innovation.
