Privale owned economy is the most vital and energetic part of the country's national economy body.It has become an important force for supporting and giving impetus to the progress of national economic construction,but the development of the privale sector is far from satisfactory.A number of private enterprises are still in the situation of lower speed gronth and even at a standstill of the development.The present paper will make a tentative approach to the problems existing in the development of prival owned economy as well as the countermeasures to be taken in the process.
