Quality of Community Public Life——Theoretical Analysis of the Goal of China's City Community Development

There are three points of view about the goal of China's city community development,namely,community construction,community autonomy and community governance structure.Compared with these three patterns,quality of community public life defines the goal of China's city community development from the approach of the growth and development of the community's inner common life,based on the original meaning of the concept of the community.It tries to change the mark of state-centered in the model of the community construction and the overemphasized off-controlled in the model of the community autonomy.At the same time,it puts the emphasis on the life,so it will avoid the possibility of involution caused by overemphasized structure and the institution innovation.It also has the possibility to win the recognition of community citizens and encourage citizen involvement.
