A Study of the Main Part in Community Construction and Development

Abstract

Community building and development is a kind of growth on the basis of the community.As a result,the crux of the matter is how to mobilize the main body in this process and bring its initiative into full play.The first thing is to make good play of the local governmental organizations′ and their accretions′leading role in community construction and development.The supporting force of enterprises and institutions,juridical associations should also be fully developed.In addition,citizens are the foundation,so how to arouse their enthusiasm is also important.And only when these organizations and forces are united, can we guarantee the community construction and have a motive power and base in this process.
