3T MR imaging characteristics and pathological findings of triple-negative breast cancer

Objective:To evaluate the MR imaging and clinical-pathological findings of triple-negative breast cancer and comparing with those of non-triple-negative breast cancer.Methods:The MR features and clinical-pathological findings of breast cancer were reviewed,and all of the patients underwent breast MRI before surgery and had pathology diagnosis.The difference between triple-negative breast cancer and non-triple-negative breast cancer was analyzed.Results:Statistical differences were showed on the shape,internal enhancement and histologic tumor grade(P0.05),No statistical differences were showed on age,mass margin,lymph node and time signal-intensity curve(P0.05)between triple-negative breast cancer and non-triplenegative breast cancer.Conclusion:Several MR imaging findings and pathological features might be used for suggesting the diagnosis of triple-negative breast cancer.
