Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic elastography in differentiating diagnosis of benign and malignant breast disease. Methods 106 patients with 115 breast lesions were examined by ultrasonic elastography. All the cases were proved by surgical pathology. Results Accuracy of ultrasonic elastography in differentiating diagnosis of benign and malignant breast disease was 92.31%,the sensitivity was 92.16%,and the specificity was 92.17%.Conclusion Ultrasonic elastography is effective in differentiating diagnosis of benign and malignant breast disease. It can raise diagnosis specificity and better define pathology properties of breast diseases. It is worth clinical recommendation.
