Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasonic elastography in differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods 170 focuses in 143 patients with breast tumor diagnosed by ultrasonic elastography were retrospectively analyzed and were compared with postoperative pathological results. Results The sensitivity of ultrasonic elastography in differentiating breast tumors was 93.7%(59/63),while the specificity was 75.7%(81/107) and the accuracy was 82.4%(140/170).Conclusion Ultrasonic elastography technology has good application value in diagnosing and differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors.
