Abstract

Development of industrial cluster was regarded as an important measure of economic development by the local government.This paper is to discuss the governmental function during development of industrial cluster.At the same time,policy suggestions on development of industrial cluster were proposed from the layout of cluster,devotion of public element,exerting local resource specialty and cluster predominance enterprise main body.7refs.
