Performance Analysis of the Cluster Policy of the Local Government

Abstract

The cluster policy of the local government is extremely important to industrial clusters.The cluster policy must also carry out the performance analysis in the making and the implementation process.This article discusses the cost-benefit analysis to the cluster policy making and the implementation so as to construct system to appraise the performance from the three aspects of the cluster enterprise,the cluster industry and the regional economy.
