Abstract

Under the new circumstances,it is important to construct Party's governance capability.On the other hand,construction of our Party's governance capability is the requirement of the development of our Party,that of sticking to the proletarian thoughts for the establishment of Party,that of current international situations,that of improving Party's ability to run the market economy,that of emulating other parties in the world,and that of perfecting the construction of our Party.
