Abstract

Strengthening the Party's governance capacity has been a basic task of the Party since it began to be in power,and is a review of the Party's governance and distillation of the idea of building the Party.Strengthening the Party's governance capacity is an essential requirement of the legality of the Party's governance,the important guarantee for the Party improving itself,and also an inner requirement of advancing modernization of the Party's governance.
